SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours once shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. Please ensure shipping information is correct Luxury Hair Factory is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded)
International Shipping: 7-14 days (custom fees and taxes apply)
Custom colored orders may take an additional 2 days to ship
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If any shipping issues occur reach out to us at luxuryhairfactory7@gmail.com and we will work with the delivery courier to resolve.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales Are Final including custom made and colored wigs. Only orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed in 3-5 business days and will be return using the same purchasing method. We offer exchanges for incorrect items, lengths, or textures. For health and safety reasons, hair products eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, not cut, altered, damaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
